PAS holds Chairman’s dinner

June 25, 2019 – Pakistan Advertisers Society (PAS) recently held its annual Chairman’s Dinner on the 19th of April at Cafe Flo in Karachi. The dinner was a casual affair for the advertising and media industry. Invitees included advertisers, agencies, media, research consultancies and officials from other industry bodies.

The purpose was to nurture relations and elevate interaction that goes beyond business and official meetings. PAS council also bid farewell to outgoing Chairman Mr Saqib Zia, Commercial Director at P&G Pakistan, who is transitioning to the Middle East on an official assignment. Mr Zia stated that it was enthralling to lead such a dynamic group of individuals. He wished the Society to continue this rigorous pursuit of working for the local industry and increase its outreach. Mr Asif Aziz, Commercial Director at Jazz, was elected as the new PAS chairman. Dr Zeelaf Munir, MD & CEO EBM, was designated as Vice Chairman.

Speaking on the occasion, Asif Aziz acknowledged that he would continue with PAS’s inclusive approach and attempt to work on collaborative ventures with advertisers, creative agencies, and media.
