Meri Dunya, Merey Khawab – Zong Sponsors Van Service for Women

Zong Flutter launched in mid-2012 seems to be taking a serious toll with public service initiatives to facilitate and empower women. Aimed to provide a complete guide for Pakistani women through dedicated apps for cooking, lifestyle and health, Zong has now joined hands with Al-Abrar Associates and RTA (Regional Transport Authority) to launch Women Exclusive Van service in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

The service is called “Tabeer” that offers convenient transport facility to commute for work. This is a one-of-a-kind first time initiative by a brand in this direction that synchronizes with their Flutter theme “meri dunya, merey khawab”.
Besides providing commuting service, a fleet of 12 branded vans will also roam around as an information hub on ZonG Flutter packages with the added advantage of allowing women to avail recharge facility on the go.
Since Zong Flutter is all about females, the project was quite apt that enhances the values and support the brand wants to extend towards women. Perhaps a similar initiative is in the pipeline for Karachi and Lahore as well.
