The contestants are representing the Client organisation they are working for (The Charity). The Teams act as the client briefing and the jury acts as the advertising agency. Each team needs to create a product/service relevant to their company’s business (The Charity) or/and area of the business. It should not be an existing entity.

2- Compliance Teams must comply with the terms of this entry form and the Young Marketers Competition Terms of Entry for the Festival attached to this entry form.
3- Deliverables
All teams must create:
A one-page communications brief 500 words max, saved as a file named “BRIEF.”
Please see below the recommended break-down of your brief:
- Background information of your company, Name of the project/product, Project/product description
- Business Outcome, Target Audience, Insight, Campaign objective, Key Message, Tone of Voice, Deliverables, Budget, Timeline, KPI
- A PowerPoint presentation of no more than 10 slides describing the product/service saved as a PDF and named under your representing company e.g. ‘PAS.PDF
4- Saving the Documents
All teams must:
- Ensure the BRIEF and PRESENTATION is saved in a folder named ‘FINAL’ which is placed on the home drive online
- The Entry – including title, written submission (Brief) & entry file (Presentation) are uploaded on the Young Marketers Competition submission system.
- Failure to do this will result in your work not being shown to the Jury.(Please follow workflow outlined in your competition booth & competition pack)
- Make sure to check your work is saved correctly before you log out.
5- Presentations
- Presentation times will be given onsite in your competition pack
- Each team should be waiting outside the Young Marketers Competition Briefing Room at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time
- Each Team will deliver a 5 minutes presentation explaining the campaign followed by a 5 minute Q&A
- Timings are strict and teams will not be permitted to present for more than the allocated 5 minutes
6- Winners Announcement

All teams must attend the winner’s announcement. Winners must remain in the area for photos and further instructions
7- Awards Show
Gold winners will be presented with their medals at the Awards Show on Wednesday, 19 June 2019.
