GolinHarris opens office in Karachi through partnership with Lowe & Rauf
Golin Harris launches office in ‘frontier economy’ Pakistan
The IPG-owned firm opens in Pakistan in partnership with its creative agency sibling Lowe, known locally as Lowe & Rauf.
The agency starts with a team of five, led by country head Fareshteh Aslam, with Unilever as its foundation client.
It will offer Golin Harris’ full ‘g4′ integrated offering, staffed by what the agency refers to as strategists, creators, connectors and catalysts.
Khalid Rauf, CEO of Lowe & Rauf Pakistan, added: “PR as a standalone discipline is evolving rapidly here in Pakistan and this is being fuelled by the realization that its real power comes when you integrate it as part of your marketing campaigns. This is what is so exciting about our partnership with GolinHarris and is what we believe gives us a unique proposition in the market.”
“Pakistan is an extremely vibrant and exciting market and to have such a great partnership with Lowe & Rauf means that we can draw upon all their creative and strategic expertise to bring something new and fresh to businesses here,” Jonathan Hughes, International President for GolinHarris, added. “I can’t wait to see the innovative and award-winning work I am confident this team will produce.”
