Celebrating Qawi’s New Chapter

We are delighted to congratulate Qawi Naseer on his appointment as the new General Manager of Haleon Pakistan, a valued member of our community. Qawi joins Haleon with an impressive leadership background and a proven track record of driving innovation and transformative growth in the consumer goods industry.

Prior to this role, Qawi was Managing Director at L’Oréal Pakistan, where he played a pivotal role in developing and executing cutting-edge digital and go-to-market strategies, driving business agility, and strengthening market presence. His leadership at L’Oréal Pakistan helped the company thrive in a dynamic market. Qawi’s experience at Unilever and Nestlé further honed his expertise in brand management, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.

Beyond his corporate successes, Qawi is also a passionate advocate for gender diversity and inclusive leadership. As a Director on the Board of the Pakistan France Business Alliance, he has been a strong proponent of fostering bilateral trade and investment.
