SKILL SETS:

  • Experience: Fresh graduate to candidates having 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) – a must. The candidate may be asked to prove his skills.
  • Self-starter, ability to strategically think, work independently and deliver on initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Full knowledge of digital marketing and communications.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

  • Training Workshops, Seminars/Conferences, Briefings Sessions and Other Engagements
  • Consultancy & In-House Sessions: Developing tailor-made programmes.
  • Competitions and other Activities for the Industry
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Website, Newsletter, Social-Media, and Content Management:

B. EFFIE AWARDS PAKISTAN

  • Successfully running the Awards Secretariat.
  • Running all the aspects of the award programme starting from ‘call for entries’ to the jury session to the final award show.
  • Managing PR, advertising, marketing and social media campaign.
  • Liaising with creative agency, event company, sponsors and all other partners of the programme.
  • Meeting clients and agencies to brief them on the award programme to generate maximum participation.
  • Securing partnerships and sponsorships.
