Storewars is a simulator of a real consumer-facing business where participants learn how to operate in a modern FMCG environment. Storewars is designed in a format of business game - participants live and breathe their virtual company's business, which makes the whole learning experience highly engaging.

Stan Borisov

Stanislav is Sales Expert with 25 years of excellent track record on international retail management. He has extensive experience in many industries including the FMCG sector and Media/Licensing. He has started his career in Reckitt Benckiser and then Mars, growing from Sales representative to National Accounts Director with a team of more than 100 employees and was responsible for business with Top Retailers in over 30k stores. Then, in The Walt Disney Company he was responsible for leading all retail initiatives, including direct sales, licensed product support and loyalty programs across 4 big markets in EMEA, reaching more than 24% yearly growth. Stanislav is certified coach in Negotiation skills, Leadership, and Category management by The Walt Disney, Mars and Storewars business simulation. Stanislav's successful and versatile business experience in various industries and projects, his talent to share advanced knowledge with a focus on practical application in the business sphere, make him the best-in-class coach in EMEA and CIS

Participants are divided into 5 teams: 2 retail and 3 manufacturing companies.

Each team manages a multimillion-dollar business for a virtual period of 1-1.5 years.

Participants are taken through the full company’s cycle running a virtual business from A to Z working as a team online.

Teams compete to capture the maximum market share and increase profitability of their businesses.

Teams interact and cooperate with each other, and the success of their cooperation has a major impact on the results.

Storewars simulation shows the market response to safely test decisions and analyze the profitability of their strategies.
